Transporting Children

Evolve is the online approval system for Educational Visits. Click here to view the website. All information and resources including generic risk assessments relating to Educational Visits are available on this site. It also includes the latest news and information. Heads and Educational Visit Co-ordinators (EVC's) at each establishment have access to the system. If you are a member staff at the establishment and would like/need access please speak to your EVC who can arrange this.

Each unit should have in operation an Evolve folder which contains the Evolve risk assessment (Appendix 7a) and Parents/Carers are to sign a Parental Activity Consent Form for their young person to take part in activities and also to give permission for photographs. (Appendix 7b).
